Founded in 2022, Start Local supports small business development in rural communities from our home base in Alpine, Texas, in the heart of the Chihuahuan Desert.
We work alongside business owners, founders, and community partners to incubate projects that increase quality of life for residents and create durable opportunities for work and creativity in the Big Bend.
