User Data Deletion
Effective date: April 7, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of any data associated with Start Local LLC's Facebook content management application (the "App").
What data we store
The App is an internal tool used only by Start Local to manage content on our own Facebook Pages. We store minimal data:
- Facebook Page access tokens (used to publish content)
- Page identifiers (Page name and ID)
We do not collect or store personal data from Facebook users, page visitors, or any third parties.
How to request data deletion
If you believe any of your data is associated with our App and would like it deleted, you can:
- Email us at info@startlocal.llc with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Remove the App from your Facebook account by visiting Settings > Business Integrations on Facebook
What happens when you request deletion
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will:
- Revoke any stored access tokens associated with your account
- Delete any related identifiers from our systems
- Complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request
Confirmation
