These terms of service ("Terms") govern the use of Start Local LLC's ("we", "us", "our") Facebook content management application (the "App").

Use of the App

The App is an internal tool used exclusively by authorized Start Local administrators to publish and manage content on Facebook Pages owned or operated by Start Local. The App is not available for public registration or use.

Authorization

Access to the App is granted solely at the discretion of Start Local. Only individuals explicitly authorized by Start Local may use the App to manage Page content.

Acceptable use

Users of the App agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of content management
• Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Platform Policies
• Not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Not use the App to collect or process personal data of third parties

Intellectual property

Content published through the App remains the property of Start Local LLC. The App itself and its underlying code are proprietary to Start Local.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Start Local does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Start Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
